Spring into Employment: Water World Hosts Job Fair to Fill 1,000 Positions

Denver City, along with other cities, beginning to hire or refer individuals for summer employment in Water World.

As spring arrives, Water World is hosting a job fair on Wednesday to fill nearly 1,000 positions ranging from lifeguards to landscaping. With plenty of opportunities for employment, this is an ideal time for job seekers to apply. Working at Colorado’s first and largest waterpark comes with perks such as a free season pass, discounted day tickets for friends and family, and other benefits.

To be eligible for a position at Water World, candidates must be at least 14 years old by May 1. If you are unable to attend the job fair, applications can be submitted through the Water World website. The waterpark opens on Memorial Day weekend and operates through Labor Day.

The City of Denver is also assisting individuals ages 16 to 24 in finding job opportunities through the Governor’s Summer Job Hunt program. By providing proof of age and citizenship, the city will help connect young people with available jobs.
