Snohomish Dominates Edmonds-Woodway in Girls Tennis and Softball, while Lynnwood Loses in Softball and Boys Soccer Matches

In recent matches, Snohomish emerged victorious over Edmonds-Woodway in both girls tennis and softball. In girls tennis, Snohomish won 6-1, with Emerson Norris, Hannah Wells, Mak Dauer, and Anna Steiner securing wins in their respective singles matches against their opponents from Edmonds-Woodway. The doubles teams of Bri Ulrich/Lauren Ellis and Lucy Danitschek/Val Landa-Contreras also contributed to the team’s win.

In softball, Kamiak defeated Lynnwood 10-2 with standout performances from Scarlette Chapman, Tyler Karabach, and Aliya Boonsripisal. Lynnwood’s Nyree Johnson, Briar Knoth, and Ashara Taylor also contributed to the game. Meanwhile, Monroe secured a win against Edmonds-Woodway with a score of 20-5 in boys’ soccer. Mount Si defeated Lynnwood 8-0 in the same match.

Lynnwood’s next softball game is against Stanwood, while the Edmonds-Woodway team will face Cascade in their next match. Lynnwood’s boys soccer team will play against Arlington in their next game at their respective high schools.
