Drug Screening Business Owner Arrested for Sexual Assault: Aurora Police Urge Victims to Come Forward

Colorado drug screening business owner arrested for alleged sexual assault

A drug screening business owner in Aurora, Arben “Ben” Duka, was arrested by police following allegations of sexual assault by a woman who claimed he attacked her after a urinalysis sample. Now, investigators are urging any other potential victims to come forward.

Duka, 60, was charged with felony unlawful sexual contact on March 15th. The incident was reported in October by a woman who said Duka assaulted her at his business, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing before being changed to Aurora Employment Testing in February of last year.

As detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit investigated the case, they uncovered two additional reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women claimed similar unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October and is ongoing.
